If you are a Tax Payer:

• Join the Friends of Holy Trinity please print out this page and complete the gift aid declaration and bank standing order mandate below. For the financial stability of the church it is important that a commitment of regular amount is made. All the money received by The Friends is used to meet the general expenses of the church. The information is kept confidential and is only available to The Treasurer and Assistant Treasurer.
• Use the Yellow Gift aid envelopes for any other giving including any plate giving that you wish to make.

 

If you are a non Tax Payer:
